Single Purpose Policy

Each APIway extension adheres strictly to the Chrome Web Store Single Purpose Policy: providing dedicated, isolated, secure proxy routing for the single designated web service specified in its profile. It does not perform general VPN routing and does not alter non-target traffic.

Data we use

APIway uses your email address solely for account authentication, trial management, and recovery. The extension transmits an anonymous installation identifier, extension version, connection status events, error categories, selected node identifier, and technical network latency measurements required to keep servers healthy and operational.

Data we strictly do NOT collect

APIway does not collect, inspect, log, store, or sell:

• Web browsing history or visited URLs outside the selected service;
• Page content, entered passwords, credit cards, or user messages;
• Personal identity information not provided by the user;
• Search queries or personalized telemetry.

Proxy Traffic Security

All proxy traffic is transmitted over TLS-encrypted HTTPS tunnels. Authentication tokens are securely hashed at rest and in transit. Proxy credentials are encrypted and scoped to the user session.

Sharing & Third Parties

APIway does not sell, rent, or monetize user data. Data is never shared with third-party advertisers or data brokers. Data is processed exclusively to maintain proxy connectivity and prevent abuse.

Your choices and data deletion

You may request access, session revocation, or complete account and data deletion at any time by contacting info@apiway.work.
